Ordering
1. How do I place an order online?
You can search for the products on line. Once you have found the items you need, just click on the items listed and follow the instructions with the shopping cart.
2. Can I order by mail or fax?
Yes, we accept orders by mail and fax. Instructions for off-line shopping are provided at Ordering.
3. Sales Tax
Prices on the website do not include sales tax or any other customs duties, use, value added, excise, federal, state, local or other taxes. New York residents will be charged sales tax except food, but all other such duties or taxes shall be paid by you, or, in lieu thereof, customer shall provide us with an appropriate tax exemption certificate.
4. What is the cost for Shipping?
Shipping is calculated by ups fee.
5. Will you ship to international locations?
International orders will not be processed, except for Canada.
6. Which credit cards do you accept?
We use PayPal, we currently accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express, Discover and electronic checks.
After Ordering
1. Is it possible to cancel my order?
If you want to cancel an order you may do so by emailing us at mahgo@mahgo.com Please type "Order Cancellation" in the subject line. Please include your Full name and order number. We will be unable to cancel your order if you cancel after 4:30pm PST.

Refund Returns
1. What is the procedure for a refund?
Refunds are issued based on the form of payment made. A check will be issued if paid by money order or check. If paid by credit card, a credit will be issued to the credit card provided on record for that specific order. You are responsible for any refund fee from the credit card.
