RETURN POLICY
Products are refundable within the first 15 days from the date of purchase. Product must be returned in their original box/packaging and not used. you are responsible for the shipping costs both ways and return credit card transaction fee.
Returns that are sent to us without the proper RA# Number or without their original box/pakage will be refused. Please contact Customer Service to receive Return Authorization prior to making your item to receive a refund.
Appliances may be returned to the manufacturer directly. We test all appliances before they are shipped out to ensure proper working condition. All appliances come with all manufacturer warranties.
Mahgo ltd only offers merchandise of the finest quality. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases and we want to ensure that you have a positive shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return within 15 days of receipt of the merchandise (see Return Procedure). At your request, we will:
Replace or exchange the merchandise (you are responsible for the shipping costs both ways), or
Credit the purchase price to your credit card account (or issue a refund check only if your payment was by a method other than credit card). Please note: We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

Return Policy does not apply to products in the Perfume and Fragrance category unless the item returned is still in resale condition.
